Dear Friends/Family/Customers,

As our firm celebrates its 30th anniversary, we are proud to announce that Keleigh Thomas Morgan and Heather Lylis, both current partners, have been elevated to co-presidents of the agency and our firm will henceforth be known as Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis.

Heather and Keleigh have helped lead the agency to new heights. During their time here, they helped grow the agency from a small public relations firm of less than 10 people to a full-service consulting firm with more than 250 employees and offices in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Austin and San Francisco. Their leadership has always been invaluable, but particularly so during the pandemic when they helped guide our team and our clients through a very uncertain time. And, as we look to the future (hopefully without the pandemic), we know we are empowered by their perspective and vision.

Ken founded the company 30 years ago to help customers, especially those dedicated to making the world a better place, tell their stories. And in 2001, Shawn joined in the vision to increase our impact and reach. The world has changed and our stories are now told across many different platforms and mediums, but that foundation and philosophy remains.

We believe that the strength of our business lies in the sum of its parts, not just one part. This applies not only to our partners and teammates, but also to our customers. We represent some of the biggest names in entertainment while working with global nonprofits fighting for important issues. We support startups that are disrupting industries and help FORTUNE 500 companies reach new audiences. We successfully execute consumer brand and film/TV campaigns, support New York Times bestselling authors and host some of the biggest red carpet events in the world. We believe ideas from diverse perspectives create the most impact – and we couldn’t be more excited about the future of our business.

Please join us in congratulating Keleigh & Heather on this well-deserved promotion as we venture into a very exciting new chapter in the Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis story.
