About Tom Heatley
“I am a retired science teacher whose main hobbies are birdwatching, photography and travel,” Heatley said in a press release. “My quest for birds has taken me to all 50 states, many countries and all seven continents. I have seen over 6,000 species of birds. My love of nature is shared with others through my photos. I rarely go bird watching without my camera.
