Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in Diplo NFT bidding war

The Winklevii have gone to war with each other over a piece of digital art.

A source tells us that Bitcoin Billionaires Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss got into a bidding battle Friday at a charity dinner at Hudson Yards for the Robot Heart Foundation.

A spy tells us that the pair – famously played by Armie Hammer on the “Social Network” – clashed with an NFT of EDM exclusive superstar, Diplo.

“Bidding started at $1,000,” the spy explains. “Cameron ultimately won with a bid of $40,000.”

We are told that the brothers – who have a $65 million settlement of Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook and later created his own bitcoin exchange, Gemini, as well as an NFT platform called Nifty Gateway — sat with Diplo himself, who “applauded Cameron during the auction.”

Seats at the chic gala cost $7,500 per person. We’re told the event raised over $2 million to help support the arts.

The night kicked off the weekend’s Fare Forward music festival at Wollman Rink in Central Park, featuring acts such as Bebel Gilberto, Acid Pauli, The Weather Station, Be Svendsen and Guy Laliberte.

But this was no ordinary party with food truck food. We hear the VIP section saw big spenders dropping $15,000 on tables and $3,600 on sushi platters from Tokyo chef Hisashi Udatsu.

The twins recently listed their stylish Soho three bedroom, 4,300 square foot, loft for $16.95 million.

We also previously reported that the siblings started a group last year with their security chief and some friends. “Tyler sings, Cameron plays guitar,” said a source who added that the twins started the act performing for friends.
